Objective:
In addition to retained media relations services, JPES Partners was tasked by Unigestion to undertake a major positioning project to identify the key strengths/values of the business and use these as a basis to develop a corporate narrative that could be included within marketing materials.
Delivery:
- Interviewed senior employees and key external contacts to identify Unigestion’s core characteristics and values.
- Researched key competitors to highlight any overlapping corporate values and characteristics and ensure that Unigestion was distinctively positioned within a competitive marketplace.
- Developed a series of key messages focusing on the company’s integrity, transparency, passion and institutional focus.
- Created a full corporate narrative, including strapline and elevator speech, to be included in all corporate marketing materials
Results:
The updated, refined articulation of Unigestion’s corporate and investment beliefs has been well received, both internally and externally, and now provides the cornerstone to the company’s marketing materials and activities. The success of this project has also led to JPES Partners conducting a similar review of the identity of Unigestion’s specialist Family Investment Office.
