To produce the authoritative research on the UK retail property sector and the factors that influence it.

Approach

Production of an interactive digital report encompassing data, video and viewpoints delivered through a series of presentation events in London and seven regional locations.

Result

We have worked on The Midsummer Retail Report since 2014 and transformed its content, delivery and the quality of audience it attracts. The 2019 report – which included themes such as the growth of sustainable shopping brands and asked if the ‘Golden Age’ of online retailing was over – achieved substantial coverage in national, local and trade media.
