Objective
To assess the views of existing shareholders and prospects towards a FTSE 250 private equity investment company, and its investment offering, and to support management as it considered its strategic direction.
Approach
JPES undertook a perception audit of existing and prospective shareholders to ascertain views about the Company. With extensive experience in this area, JPES advised the client on the questionnaire, the interviewee universe and investor feedback to assist management in its approach.
Result
Our audit and subsequent report helped the client better understand the views of both existing and prospective shareholders and has since informed its shareholder engagement and strategic direction.
